Grabban has struggled to find the net of late, but Pitman has jumped to the defence of his team mate - stating he adds much more to the team than goals.
"Obviously as a striker you want to be scoring, but there is more to Grabbs' game than this" said Pitman.

"He runs at defences, his pace is incredible, and he really splits them apart by running the channels.
"For me personally, he set my goal up on Saturday against Oldham, and is often at the heart of the side's other attacks.
"I'm sure once he gets one goal, he will be hitting the back of the net week in week out like he was before, because he's a proven goalscorer - it's just not quite going for him at the minute."
The Cherries have scored 61 goals in League One so far this season. Only Swindon Town and Coventry City have scored more than the Dorset side.
AFC Bournemouth face Bury on Saturday as they hope to carry on their push for the summit of League One.
