Bookies cashing in on Broadchurch as Dorset coast shown off for 9 million viewers
ITV's Broadchurch attracted a whopping 9 million viewers on Monday night - with bookies taking bets on who killed Danny Latimer.
The crime drama, set in West Bay, Dorset has grown in popularity over the four episode's viewers have tuned in for so far.
The series, starring David Tennant and Olivia Colman has given the West Dorset tourist spot a lot of attention across the UK, while the programme has proved extremely popular on Twitter.
Comedian and television present Alan Carr even got in on the act. Tweeting while episode four hit the air on Monday, Carr said: "Ssshh! I'm watching Broadchurch. There's so much soft focus I think I'm developing cataracts #Broadchurch."
