Armed robbers raid Broadstone jewellers
Armed robbers raided a Broadstone jewellers before making off in a getaway car.
Four masked offenders, one believed to be a woman entered The Forum Jewellers on Broadway, Broadstone at around 11am yesterday. The robbers smashed display cases and were believed to be carrying a hand gun.

Witnesses heard glass shatter within the shop, before the robbers made off in a dark Chrysler car, which was dumped in Lytham Road. The offenders then made an escape in another car, a light blue vehicle from Wallace Road, driving towards the Darby's Corner roundabout.

She said: "I just heard glass breaking inside and then these people pulled away in a car. It all happened so quickly.
"You don't expect something this horrible to happen here. Everyone's just in shock really, it's like something out of a film."
Staff at the family-run jewellers were understandably shaken by the incident. Forensic officers searched the area and the Chrysler car for clues.
Detective Sergeant Julie Dransfield of Bournemouth and Poole CID said: "This was an unusual incident in this quiet area. Luckily no-one was hurt but naturally the staff are very shocked.
"I would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time."
