AFC Bournemouth's Shaun MacDonald making good progress in return from ligament damage
Shaun MacDonald is ahead of schedule in making a return from injury for AFC Bournemouth.
The former Swansea city and Yeovil Town midfielder will start ball work this week as part of his rehabilitation.

If all goes to plan, MacDonald should be in line to return to training on February 4.
The 24-year-old damaged ankle ligaments against Colchester United in December - forcing him to wear a protective boot over Christmas to aid his recovery.
