AFC Bournemouth looking to cause FA Cup upset against Wigan Athletic
AFC Bournemouth are looking to cause an upset when they face Premier League side Wigan Athletic in the third round of the FA Cup.
The Cherries have a difficult task if they want to maintain their 15-game unbeaten record against The Latics.
Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe insists his team are not making up the numbers against Wigan - but will be trying to stun the Premier League side.
"We have gone about the first two games in the competition in a very professional way and we will go about the Wigan game in the same manner and try and win" explained Howe.

"We are not sure what sort of side Wigan will put out. We don't know how they will prepare or what team they have out and we can't second guess them.
"What we do know is that they will be putting out a team of quality players because they have a Premier League squad.
"All we can do is our bit, which is to prepare well, to make sure the players know what to expect regardless of the personnel that Wigan have and try to come up with a plan to beat them."
The Cherries have not reached the fourth round of the FA Cup since 2005, when they beat Chester City 2-1 in the third round.
The Dorset side were eliminated in the fourth round by Burnley, who recorded a 2-0 win.
Although The Cherries will be going into tomorrow's game looking to cause a shock, Howe still remains focused on priorities in League One.
"I'm not going to hide the fact that for both Wigan and ourselves, we have different priorities this year" added Howe.
"Yes the league is the biggest concern for us, but we want to go as far as we can."
AFC Bournemouth take on Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium at 3pm.
